First Look at Elm Creek - New Map for FS 22
Farming Simulator 22 is set to get released on November 22 this year. While you might already know about the crops and production chains that will be part of the new version, you might not know that Giants Software has also introduced two new US maps in the game. Along with the new maps, you will also get the updated map of Erlengrat, the map that you might have already been aware of from the Alpine Farming Expansion version.
Though the two new maps are getting developed at the backend, we are here to share with you a glimpse of one of these maps – Elmcreek. The US Midwest region is known for its beautiful canopy of greenery and open fields. The Elmcreek map of Farming Simulator 22 is inspired by this region. You can get to enjoy your farming on fields that cover acres and acres of scenic landscapes.
The makers have tried to perfectly replicate all the features of the US Midwest in the Elmcreek map as well. The rivers cutting across the terrains, the beautiful waterfalls, the hilly regions and the underpasses, gas stations and even the highway will give you a feel of traversing through real places in the USA.
The highlight of the Elmcreek map is the majestic blue baseball stadium, Redford Park, the home of Elmcreek Wolves. With the bright skyline, summery feels of the baseball stadium and autumnal colors of the corn-making outlet, this new map is designed to suit the needs of every farming enthusiast. For now, the makers have only released a few screenshots of the new map, from which you can see the details of the roads, flowers and buildings clearly.
The visuals of the grain silos are also quite natural, and gives you a real feel while playing the game. If you are looking for more details on this map and the other features of the Farming Simulator 22 version, you should watch out for the Twitch Channel of Giants Software on the dates between 21 and 23 July. On these 3 days, Giant Software will conduct many hours of free, live streams to give the viewers more information and details about the new version.
