A glimpse at the enhanced features 

Texture streaming is an improvised feature, with which we can dynamically load higher/lower versions of texture. The loading times are reduced predominantly since less texture data is required to kickstart. The changes texture streaming has also improved the loading time there by reducing the waiting time. 

New engine features Temporal Anti-Aliasing which is an approach to reduce unwanted rendering effects. The GIANTS engine now uses a high-quality TAA algorithm to reduce the jagged edges and artifacts like flickering specular highlights. There is more clarity on the surfaces and on the edges with this feature. A tint of grass or wheat is clearer and natural to look at. Notable shadow rendering improvements have been made on GIANTS engine 9 which improves the visual quality in the farmlands. For example, the surface of buildings and plots have been enhanced. • Buildings are split into sheds and containers, etc. New sheds by Rudolf with a unique functionality and solar panels are introduced. 
• Production comprises all the buildings that you require to start production or earn money.
• Animals have additional functionality and contain all the pens for your animals. 
• Decoration contains lights, fences and any decorative items that can be placed in your farms. The gamer can go creative with the decors and add details to the farm.

Seasonal cycles in Farming Simulator 22

While updating the visual appearance of the game, we also made some enhancements to the seasonal cycles that we already have. Updating the general graphics gave an uplift to the visual appearance, but we also worked on teeny-tiny details to make it more appealing. For example, the tint of grass and bushes are more homogenous now and the reflection of water is more natural to look. 

According to each season, the gaming atmosphere changes throughout the year. The colour palette changes according to every season making it more vibrant and happening. Ensuring the theme colours for that season, we engraved every detail to make it lively. The new level of gameplay keeps the seasonal charm of running a farm throughout the year.
