In order to unfold the PMV (Variable Message Panel) on the roof, you must have the Simple IC installed.
The 3 skins available are:
- Vinci Highway
- APRR (Paris-Rhin-Rhône motorways)
- DIR (Interdepartmental Road Directions)
It has a complete PMV with lots of messages available, custom created by my dear and faithful TheoNBT. (thank you 💖)
